110-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
114-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
18-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1cupsour cream
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/4cupall-purpose flour
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Transfer to a baking dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake: Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve: Serve hot with your favorite chips or crackers.
Tips:
For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
