Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer to a baking dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  • Bake: Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve: Serve hot with your favorite chips or crackers.
  • Tips:
  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
  • To make this dip ahead of time, prepare it up to a day in advance and refrigerate. Bake when ready to serve.
  • For a healthier option, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
