Sous Vide Steak
Ingredients

ribeye steak
8 oz
Salt and pepper to taste
2
cloves
garlic
smashed
2
sprigs fresh thyme

olive oil
Instructions
Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
Place steak in a vacuum-sealed bag along with garlic, thyme, and olive oil.
Cook in a water bath at 130°F (54°C) for 1-2 hours.
Remove from bag, pat dry, and sear in a hot skillet for 1 minute per side.
