Sous Vide Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye steak 8 oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  • Place steak in a vacuum-sealed bag along with garlic, thyme, and olive oil.
  • Cook in a water bath at 130°F (54°C) for 1-2 hours.
  • Remove from bag, pat dry, and sear in a hot skillet for 1 minute per side.
