Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Salmon

Instructions
Prep the salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a slow cooker.
Make the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour marinade: Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets.
Cook: Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
Serve: Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
Tips:
For a more flavorful salmon, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the marinade.
Serve with a side of lemon wedges for squeezing over the salmon.
For a healthier option, replace the olive oil with a lighter oil like avocado oil.
