Sharon's Fluffy and Flavorful Frittata Recipe for Breakfast or Brunch

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  • Whisk eggs and milk: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
