Perfect Scrambled Eggs: Light and Fluffy Every Time

Instructions
Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Heat butter: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
