Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Make crust: In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat salmon: Dredge salmon fillets in the Parmesan mixture, pressing the crust firmly onto the fish.
  • Bake: Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
