Fresh and Flavorful Guacamole
Ingredients

ripe avocados
pitted and scooped
1
medium tomato
diced
1/2
red onion
finely chopped
1
jalapeño pepper
minced (seeds removed for less heat)
1/4
cup
fresh cilantro
chopped
1
lime
juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mash avocados: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Leave some chunks for texture.
Add ingredients: Stir in the diced tomato, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately: Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, or use it as a topping for tacos, burritos, or salads.
Tips:
For a smoother guacamole, use a blender or food processor.
To prevent the guacamole from browning quickly, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface before refrigerating.
For a spicier guacamole, leave the seeds in the jalapeño pepper.
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice just before serving to enhance the flavor.
