Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice Jasmine or Basmati
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Make the fried rice: In the same skillet, add beaten egg and cook until scrambled. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Combine ingredients: Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the skillet. Stir-fry until heated through and fragrant.
