Ingredients

  • 1 head of green cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Shred vegetables: Shred the cabbage and carrot into thin strips.
  • Combine dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
