Combine all but vanilla and chocolate bar in a saucepan.
Stir constantly until the mixture boils; boil and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and chocolate bar, broken into pieces.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a bowl and press plastic wrap directly on surface; cool.
Yields about 4 cups filling Chocolate
Glaze: 1 4oz Chocolate bar 1 Tablespoon water Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave; stir to blend, add more water if it is too thick.
