Campbell's Cheese and Broccoli Potato Topper
Ingredients

10 3/4 oz can Campbell's New Cheddar Cheese Soup
2
tablespoons
sour cream or yogurt
1/2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1
cup
cooked broccoli florets
4
hot baked potatoes
split
Instructions
Preheat oven: If baking potatoes, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare potatoes: Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake for 1 hour, or microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until fork tender.
Make the topping: In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine Campbell's New Cheddar Cheese Soup, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
Add broccoli: Add cooked broccoli florets to the saucepan and heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve: Spoon the cheese and broccoli mixture over the split potatoes. Garnish with chopped sweet red pepper if desired.
