Instructions
Sauté onion and garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add spices and beans: Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add black beans and mash some with a spoon. Cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Warm tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
