Melody's Keto Beef Stroganoff

Instructions
Cook beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Sauté onion and garlic: Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add seasonings: Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Simmer broth and cream: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
Stir in sour cream, cheese, and mustard: Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and Dijon mustard.
Add mushrooms (optional): If using, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender.
Serve with cauliflower rice: Serve the beef stroganoff over cauliflower rice.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, use bone broth instead of beef broth.
Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or asparagus.
