Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts

grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
almond flour

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
dried Italian herbs
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper

olive oil
Optional Red pepper flakes, lemon zest, balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Make coating: In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken: Coat chicken breasts in olive oil, then dip in Parmesan mixture.
Bake: Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: Broil for a few minutes for extra crispiness.
Serve: Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Top with balsamic glaze and lemon zest, if desired.
